The Center for Arkansas Legal Services is partnering with the Central Arkansas Library System and Parkwest Pharmacy to bring legal name and gender marker change services to low-income Arkansans.
Staff attorneys with the Center for Arkansas Legal Services are licensed to practice Arkansas law and therefore can only assist with legal name and gender marker changes for Arkansas birth certificates.

The library’s 10-acre site features a boardwalk from John Barrow Road, a walking path, an amphitheater, and a koi pond with an observation pier.
