Let's highlight the importance of adopting by painting adoptable pets!
Using stencils, we will paint an adoptable animal's portrait from a local animal shelter. All materials will be provided. You do NOT need to have an active library card to participate!
Please note that participants will not take home their portraits. The paintings will decorate the animal's home until they are adopted. Once they're adopted, you can choose to keep it for yourself, or leave it at the Thompson Library for a display over summer.
