Get ready for a frightfully fun evening as the ARKAST Podcast Festival hosts a live Halloween podcast recording from 6-8PM, October 16, at CALS Ron Robinson Theater in Little Rock!


Join us for an interactive show featuring interviews with some of Arkansas’s most intriguing creators and enthusiasts:

  • Jason Pitts – Arkansas-based independent spooky film director
  • John Hornor Jacobs – Author of Lovecraftian novels
  • Cryptids Across the Atlas – Fantastic beast hunters
  • Unexplained Arkansas – Mystery-curious spooky event seekers
  • Haunted Arkansas Ghost Tours – Guides of local spirit hangs

This is an all-ages show, so bring the whole family! Come in costume and enjoy trick-or-treating in the lobby. This free event, courtesy of the Central Arkansas Library System and the Arkansas Podcast Collaborative, is the perfect way to get into the Halloween spirit.

About the branch

The Ron Robinson Theater is a 315-seat multi-purpose event venue. Part of the Central Arkansas Library System’s (CALS) Main Library campus, it is designed to provide programs for all ages including films, music performances, plays, readings, lectures, speakers, and children’s activities. The theater is equipped with a state-of-the-art DCI-compliant Barco digital cinema projection system and 32′ wide retractable screen; and, a versatile sound system capable of Dolby 5.1 surround audio for movies, with a CL3 digital mixing console with ample inputs for traditional music concerts.
