We'll cover practical self-care tips, time management hacks, and confidence-building techniques, while also helping you recognize how the skills you've developed as a mother can positively contribute to achieving your goals. Leah Patterson of the Rock It! Lab presents this workshop. 

What to Expect:

  • Take-home resources to support your journey 

Moms are welcome to bring their children. Coloring sheets and crayons provided.

About the branch

Adolphine Fletcher Terry Library was expanded in 2001 to serve the growing west Little Rock community. The 19,030-square-feet facility offers patrons thousands of books and audio/visual items for adults and children, enclosed study rooms, and public Internet access. The Terry Library also offers a variety of monthly programs for children and adults.
