504 | Adult Programming RoomDot art is deeply satisfying because the repetitive motion quiets the mind, lets you enter a flow state, and turns simple marks into striking patterns before you even realize how much time has passed.
Want to learn the technique of acrylic dot painting, a fun process you will not want to stop doing? This is the class for you. Artist Marlene Gremillion will teach you how to design an interesting abstract shape (flow of the dots), how to use dotting tools, and about paint consistency, dot size, and color selection.
Registration is required. Limited attendance of 20. Note: You will be using acrylic liquid paint, so wear clothes that can get stained or bring an apron for protection (disposable aprons are also provided).
For any questions, contact Shannon Boguslawski Holmes at 501-320-5792 or sholmes@cals.org.
